|LOVE these little feet trees! I got the idea off of Pinterest and couldn't wait to try it out with my Kinders!|
|My Parapro put them in a "tree" shape outside our door. How cute!!|
The following are a few pictures of my class celebrating the Holiday Season! Mrs. Sonenshine came in and read a book about Hanukkah and then the kids made bean, noodle and streamer Menorahs. We also read Eight Wild Nights and Light the Lights. Next, we made Christmas trees out of ice cream cones, cream cheese icing with added green food coloring and M&M. Finally, we made reindeer out of upside down gingerbread men, chocolate icing, two large white sprinkles and one red hot. We had so much fun!! Life is good in Room 107!
First thing in the morning the children decorated gingerbread men and then we made them breakfast! We served pancakes and sausage.....YUMMY!!
The following are ideas from Kim Adsit's unit on Christmas Trees and Pinterest. There are so many creative people out there and we appreciate them all!!
This was an original! The students chose stickers to create a winter scene and then wrote a story to go along with it.
Cinnamon Dough Ornaments that make your room smell so good!! A staple at Christmas!
Friday before the Christmas break we celebrated Polar Express Day! We all wore our pajamas, read the book, The Polar Express, drank hot cocoa, ate cookies and worked in Christmas themed centers.
